  2. Stir for 10 minutes until the fruit has dissolved completely.
  3. Now add the stevia and mix for another 10 minutes (you can use more or less stevia depending on your taste).
  4. Remove from heat and let the jam cool.
  5. Pour it into an airtight jar and keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before consuming it.
