If you are in constant pain, what we tell you below will be very helpful

Consume more vitamin B2

When we talk about  vitamin B2, we refer to riboflavin, which is found in most green leafy vegetables,  eggs, nuts and flours.

There are many people who have magnesium deficiencies and also have a low level of this type of vitamin. This causes them muscle aches, cramps, eye problems, acne and, of course, headaches.

If you notice that you are continually tired, if your nails break easily, if your hair is very brittle, you suffer from various infections and headaches are a constant in your life, try to improve your diet.

Check the triggering agents

As is always the case with most pains, a fantastic way to deal with both tension headaches and migraines is by controlling the triggering agents. So, you have to take into account this series of aspects:

  • Avoid dairy products, wine, processed cheeses and very tasty foods.
  • Check the focus of your stress.
  • Bear in mind that  hormonal changes always act as triggers. You must therefore be prepared during PMS.

For example, try to lead a relaxed life, drink more, make no effort and avoid the foods mentioned above.

  • Strong smells, lights, smoke, and heat or sudden changes in temperature also act as triggers for headaches.

We invite you to try the effectiveness of these remedies yourself and to follow the advice specified above. In this way, you will be able to lead a healthier life and away from this annoyance.
