  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Preparation

  • Just leave the dried evening primrose to infuse in a liter of water. Boil it for 15-20 minutes and let the infusion rest for another 10 minutes.
  • Sweeten with honey and drink one cup for breakfast, one after lunch, one in the afternoon and the last after dinner.
