Regular exfoliation is essential for skin that is enviable, beautiful, radiant, free from dead cells and imperfections. While industrial exfoliants are effective, the best option is to make your own at home.

Women often let themselves be seduced by the slogans that announce “100% natural”, without thinking that the product may still contain chemical elements that damage the skin instead of protecting it.

For this reason, we recommend taking advantage of the benefits offered by the elements we have at home, such as rice, which allows us to enjoy obtaining an enviable skin: soft and free of impurities. All without having to apply unknown substances.

Properties of rice

Its main benefit is in removing dead skin that builds up in the pores, letting the body’s natural oils hydrate and breathe new life into the skin.

Rice is rich in B-complex vitamins, vitamin E, magnesium, manganese, calcium and potassium. Our skin will absorb these substances from the first application of the exfoliant.
