  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 glass of natural orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • First, wash the meat well and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Separately, pour the mustard and oil into a bowl and mix well.
  • Then add the honey and the freshly squeezed orange juice and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Put the chicken in a saucepan (preferably terracotta) and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the orange, honey, oil and mustard dressing over all the chicken and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.

  • 1 bell pepper
  • Orange juice
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of thyme
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • Salt, pepper, oregano

Preparation

  • First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the potatoes and the pepper and add them to the chicken in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the other ingredients, namely spices, juices and oil.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken, potatoes and peppers. Use your hand or a kitchen brush to spread it all over the chicken and make sure it is completely wet.
  • Finally, add a glass of water and cook for an hour.

  • 6 potatoes

  • 40 grams of honey
  • 60 grams of mustard

  • Garlic
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Thyme (preferably fresh), oregano, salt, pepper
  • Olive oil
  • water

Preparation

First, let’s deal with the potatoes.

  • Peel them, wash them well and cut them into small pieces.
  • In a pan, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the potatoes until golden brown.
  • Then add salt, pepper and thyme.
  • Let them fry, stirring occasionally until they appear golden, then turn them off and set aside.

Let’s now prepare the lemon sauce

  • Mix together the garlic, broth, oregano, lemon zest and juice, 50 grams of olive oil, honey, mustard and 200 cl of water.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and leave to rest for a few minutes.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the lemon sauce over it. Make sure that this covers the meat in all its parts.
  • Add the potatoes to the bowl as well.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil and cook in a preheated oven for about half an hour at 200 °.
  • Finally, remove the aluminum foil and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.
